## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
 * At least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
 * At least 10 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure, * Strong expertise in network technologies , including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPNs, and load balancing .
 * Experience with AAA technologies , including RADIUS, TACACS+, SAML, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication
 * Experience implementing and supporting Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Cisco ISE or equivalent platforms
 * Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and directory services such as Active Directory and Entra ID
 * Experience supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions such as Netskope, Zscaler, or similar platforms
 * Experience with remote access technologies , VPN solutions, and secure connectivity services
 * Understanding of modern identity-driven access controls and segmentation strategies
 * Experience designing and supporting highly available, geographically distributed environments
 * Understanding of enterprise certificate management, PKI, and encryption technologies
 * Experience performing platform upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planning

 * Ivanti Secure Access / Pulse Secure
 * Netskope Private Access and Secure Service Edge (SSE)
 * Active Directory

## Description

Leads, directs, or recommends cross-functional team targeted for system enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions.
