Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence across business units and external partners. * Comfortable operating in a decentralized and evolving environment and establishing structure without creating unnecessary complexity. * Strong Excel, reporting, transportation, and ERP systems experience. ## Description The Enterprise Logistics Manager is responsible for the performance, cost, and effectiveness of Justrite Safety Group's transportation network across all business units and locations. This role manages key logistics providers and partners with business-unit leaders to improve transportation performance, control costs, establish consistent practices, and resolve issues across a complex and decentralized network. The Manager brings visibility, structure, and accountability to the transportation function while enabling individual business units to manage their day-to-day operations effectively.
