This position supports a growing fleet of MongoDB clusters that back product-critical features, internal systems, and distributed services. This role partners closely with SREs, application engineers, and the platform security team to ensure MongoDB clusters are performant, resilient, compliant, and well-automated. Our clusters run on a modern Kubernetes-based infrastructure and are managed through GitOps and infrastructure-as-code practices. The DBA will help evolve and mature the platform, support backup and disaster recovery strategies, and assist engineers in designing efficient, durable MongoDB usage.
