Preferred Qualifications · Experience supporting DoD, DHA, VA, military medicine, public health, or healthcare IT environments. · Familiarity with health data systems, medical record systems, data interoperability, or regulated healthcare data. · Experience with data engineering, database architecture, automation, analytics, or AI-assisted methods. · Experience supporting secure systems that handle CUI, PII, or PHI. · Familiarity with audiology, occupational health, or hearing conservation programs. ## Description H2 Performance Consulting is seeking an Engineer to support the development, integration, sustainment, and evaluation of software, databases, data collection platforms, and technical solutions supporting the DoD auditory health mission. The Engineer will support research, clinical, and public health activities involving hearing health data, audiology-related software tools, interoperability with DoD systems, data processing, technical implementation, and emerging analytic approaches.
