This role is pivotal to driving our adoption of Lean and Agile principles and practices, including those found in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader responsible for guiding a team of technical managers and engineers through all phases of agile delivery, overseeing the development of cost-effective, scalable solutions utilizing modular software architecture, and ensuring close alignment with BAE Systems' strategic objectives within the constraints of government and contract requirements.
