Education/Experience Requirements:

 * 15+ years of experience on large scale applications in a mainframe environment
 * 5+ years' experience working with customers on defining requirements
 * Expert proficiency programming in Natural using ADABAS
 * Expert proficiency working with customers to define requirements
 * Strong ability to design solutions across multiple systems or sub-systems
 * Top Secret (T5 or T5R)

## Description

* Work with customers to understand user requirements
 * Provide SME support to other Natural/ ADABAS developers
 * Including SME knowledge of existing systems, the business, and customer's needs
 * Design solutions that meet or exceed customer's requirements
 * Develop software using Natural with ADABAS
 * Develop and maintain software processes to transfer files using Connect Direct software
 * Develop and maintain queues and flows using IBM MQ
 * Develop and maintain application software connections using Software AG's Entire X Communicator (Broker)
 * Use Atlassian tools including JIRA for requirements tracking
