* Hands-on experience building agent-based LLM applications using open-source or closed-source models (GPT, Claude, etc.)

 * Strong Python skills with experience building reliable, scalable production systems

We are looking for an software engineer to join our team in New York, NY. As a founding member of our team focused on AI, you'll have the opportunity to shape our AI strategy and be instrumental in building our core technology platform.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Work closely with the CEO and CTO to define our AI strategy and influence the product roadmap
 * Design and develop our multi-agent AI platform that autonomously extracts, validates and reconciles business identity information from numerous sources across the globe
 * Build robust evaluation frameworks to benchmark agent performance and ensure high-quality AI outputs
 * Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback, to improve the ways in which AI can improve their workflows
 * Continuously staying up to date with the latest in the AI ecosystem
 * Help set the culture of the company, promoting a collaborative and fun environment. You'll be part of the founding team and integral for establish not just what we work on, but "how" we work
