## About the Role

* 3+ years in administrative support, order processing, office operations, or data entry.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs).
 * Experience with SAP Business One or a comparable ERP is strongly preferred.
 * Meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and reliable follow-through.
 * Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
 * Ability to lift up to 60 lbs to prepare and ship samples from the office.

## Description

Picture your day: you start in SAP Business One, reviewing new leads and orders, validating every detail, and creating proforma and customer invoices. By mid-morning, you're preparing shipping documents and labels, then receiving, packing, and shipping customer sample requests directly from the office-updating records so every parcel is accounted for. Throughout the day, you keep the office humming: phone coverage, tidy electronic files, a well-managed calendar, and stocked supplies. You track trade show milestones and add fresh website and event leads, then check on in-transit shipments and share basic updates with carriers and warehouses. Any data discrepancies? You fix what's straightforward and escalate complex items to Operations.
What You'll Own

 * Exact data entry and upkeep of customer, lead, and order records using SAP and internal systems.
 * End-to-end order processing: verify details, prepare shipping docs, create proforma and customer invoices.
 * Hands-on sample fulfillment from the office: receive, pack, ship; capture all shipping documentation.
 * Office administration: phone coverage, document management, calendar tracking, and supply ordering.
 * Trade show administration: track deadlines and load new trade show or website leads.
 * Light logistics: track shipments and communicate basic status updates with carriers and warehouses.
 * Quality control: review data for accuracy; correct issues or escalate to Operations when needed., As you ramp up, you'll expand your impact by supporting invoicing, taking on more trade show administration, and handling light shipment coordination.
