The developer collaborates closely with designers, content teams, product owners, and IT leadership to deliver modern, accessible, and high-performing web solutions., Drupal Development & Architecture * Develop, configure, and maintain websites using the latest versions of Drupal (9/10/11). * Build custom modules, themes, and integrations following Drupal best practices. * Implement and maintain content types, views, taxonomies, blocks, and menus. * Ensure code quality through version control, peer reviews, and adherence to coding standards (Drupal Coding Standards, PSR-4, Composer workflows). Site Maintenance & Enhancements * Perform regular updates, security patches, and module upgrades. * Troubleshoot and resolve site issues, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems. * Optimize websites for speed, accessibility (WCAG 2.1+), SEO, and mobile responsiveness. * Maintain documentation for configurations, custom code, and deployment processes.
