Must be a U.S. citizen. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * 8 years of overall IT/technical experience * 5 years of hands-on experience architecting and engineering Microsoft Azure environments. * Current Microsoft Azure certification, at minimum Associate level (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Associate). Nice to Have (Differentiators): * Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Azure Government cloud environments (GCC High and/or Azure Government Secret/DoD-aligned), including familiarity with applicable compliance boundaries. * Working knowledge of federal cloud security and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, RMF, DoD Impact Level categorization) and experience supporting or contributing to Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages. * Deep, hands-on expertise in Azure networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Private Link, VPN Gateway, Virtual WAN), compute, storage, and Microsoft Entra ID. * Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Security Engineer Associate certification, in addition to the required Associate-level certification. * Prior experience supporting federal civilian agency or Intelligence Community customers. * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines in a government cloud context; familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, and Purview in a high-side or classified environment. * Familiarity with AWS (e.g., AWS GovCloud) to support the program's long-term multi-cloud strategy. * Current SCI indoctrination or prior SCI access is a plus but not required at time of application. ## Description We have a fantastic full time opportunity for a an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to modernize a federal government customer's infrastructure in Washington, DC.
