Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Technology & Information Security, this remote role owns the insurance business systems Veracity runs on and leads the team of administrators behind them. Success is measured in business outcomes - adoption, cycle time, data quality, and customer experience - not ticket counts.
