## About the Role

* 4-7 years of Salesforce Admin and/or Business Analyst experience
 * Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
 * Hands-on experience configuring Flows, page layouts, permission sets, reports, and dashboards
 * Experience gathering requirements and writing acceptance criteria
 * Strong documentation skills and ability to create process/runbook documentation
 * Experience troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce production issues
 * Proven ability to learn complex systems and absorb tribal knowledge quickly
 * AI-first mindset with daily use of AI tools for documentation, analysis, testing, or configuration support - Experience supporting manufacturing/distribution Marketing Portfolio environment
 * Salesforce Administrator Certification
 * Experience with Salesforce Flow automation
 * Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
 * Experience creating process-to-metadata documentation
 * Experience using AI tools to generate documentation and solution recommendation

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Admin / BA - Marketing Portfolio to support an AI-first Salesforce transformation initiative. This individual will serve as a key operational resource responsible for maintaining, documenting, and enhancing an existing Salesforce environment while capturing critical tribal knowledge from legacy teams. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration skills with business analysis capabilities, can configure solutions independently, resolve production issues, and leverage AI tools daily to improve documentation, efficiency, and delivery speed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning platform support while helping modernize processes within a fast-paced product organization

Day 2 Day

 * Partner with legacy SMEs to learn and document existing processes
 * Configure Salesforce Flows, page layouts, permission sets, and reports
 * Support and maintain live Marketing Portfolio applications
 * Write acceptance criteria and support requirement gathering
 * Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 support issues
 * Create runbooks and process documentation
 * Build and maintain process-to-metadata maps
 * Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, inventory analysis, and configuration work
