## About the Role

* Associate Degree or higher AND 5 years of experience in business operations, financial coordination, project support, or related operational roles., * Experience supporting HCP engagement, meeting planning, travel management, or financial operations.
 * Experience with SAP S/4HANA, purchase order management, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
 * Experience administering Smartsheet, including workflows, dashboards, forms, and reporting.

## Description

* Manage global HCP payment operations, ensuring timely issue submission, payment delivery, issue resolution, accuracy, and compliance.
 * Lead creation of PO and invoice management
 * Serve as the SAP S/4HANA Subject Matter Expert, providing system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
 * Own invoice management, KPI tracking, analysis, and leadership reporting for key operational processes.
 * Ensure financial accuracy and audit readiness through invoice reconciliation, tracking, and controls.
 * Serve as Smartsheet Subject Matter Expert, providing support for key project management, workflow automation, and business operations needs.
