* 3-5 years of experience in End User / Desktop / IT Support within hedge funds, investment banks, or similar financial institutions
 * Strong expertise in:
 * Microsoft 365, Intune, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint
 * Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell
 * SCCM administration, automation scripting
 * VPN clients, desktop and laptop hardware, mobile device support (iOS & Android)
 * Experience supporting market data applications and VoIP systems
 * Comfortable operating under pressure, prioritizing issues, and making decisions with limited information
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all organizational levels
 * Strong documentation and live training capabilities
 * A data-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on reliability and execution, You take ownership, operate calmly in high-stakes environments, and bring both technical expertise and sound judgment to every interaction. You value precision, discretion, and teamwork-and you take pride in enabling others to perform at their best.

## Description

* Deliver high-touch, in-person and remote support across the firm's technology stack, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint), Exchange, GlobalProtect, Lenovo X1 laptops, Azure Virtual Desktop, and related platforms
 * Build trusted relationships with executives including CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors, and Traders
 * Partner closely with systems, network, and application teams to ensure resilient, scalable, and secure solutions
 * Participate in and execute both tactical initiatives and longer-term global technology projects
 * Proactively identify issues through log analysis and system behavior, resolving problems before business impact
 * Gather business requirements and drive adoption of new tools through concise documentation, training, and direct engagement
