 * Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project management software.

## Description

* Manage facade inspection and restoration projects from inception through completion.
 * Lead FISP (Local Law 11) inspections and coordinate field investigations.
 * Prepare and review facade inspection reports, repair recommendations, and filing documents.
 * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
 * Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
 * Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and field staff.
 * Oversee construction administration services, including site visits, RFIs, submittals, and progress meetings.
 * Review shop drawings, repair details, and contractor documentation.
 * Ensure projects comply with NYC DOB regulations, FISP requirements, and applicable building codes.
