## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 3-7 years of experience in business intelligence, information security, or related IT roles.
 * Strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling skills.
 * Experience with Active Directory administration and Windows Server environments.
 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in banking, financial services, lending, or another regulated industry.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
 * Relevant Microsoft, Power BI, or security certifications.

## Description

* Business Intelligence & Analytics: Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models; develop SQL reporting solutions; partner with business units; ensure data quality; provide user training and support.
 * Information Security: Support cybersecurity governance and compliance; administer Active Directory; participate in audits, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
 * IT Operations: Support Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure; assist with maintenance and troubleshooting; coordinate vendors; serve as backup to the Director of IT.
