 * Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes.

## Description

Job Description:Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for faculty, staff, and students in a fast-paced higher education environment. This role will focus on delivering excellent customer service while troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user technology issues across both Windows and Mac platforms., * Provide Tier 1-1.5 technical support for faculty and staff members.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues across Windows and Mac environments.
 * Support faculty, staff, and students with technology-related requests and provide excellent customer service.
 * Assist with software installations, printer setup, device troubleshooting, and general desktop support.
 * Provide onsite support by visiting classrooms, offices, and campus locations to resolve technical issues.
 * Assist with classroom technology needs and time-sensitive issues impacting instruction.
 * Document and track support requests through ticketing systems.
 * Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
