Agile Systems Engineering: Hands-on experience participating in Agile delivery workflows across the full software development lifecycle.
Requirements & Solution Definition: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, UX designers, and software engineers to accurately capture, refine, and translate user needs into technical solutions.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 7+ years of professional software engineering experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 11+ years of hands-on technical software development experience in lieu of a degree.

Report Authoring & Dissemination (RAD): Familiarity with intelligence reporting, authoring systems, or dissemination frameworks.

## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior Systems Engineer to support of the Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD) team. In this collaborative role, you will assist with overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system. You will work directly at the intersection of customer needs and technical execution-partnering with systems engineers, software developers, and UX teams to ensure mission-driven capabilities are accurately defined, built, tested, and delivered.
