## About the Role

* Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
 * Experience : 4+ years of professional experience
 * Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferred
 * Prior experience working with Epic applications and healthcare systems preferred.
 * Experience with Epic AI capabilities, generative AI solutions, or other AI-powered technologies is highly desired.
 * Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, AI workflow platforms, or other automation technologies is a plus.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex workflows.
 * Ability to think critically, challenge traditional approaches, and develop creative solutions to business and operational problems.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

## Description

* Support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
 * Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to identify workflow improvement opportunities.
 * Analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions.
 * Assist with the evaluation, testing, configuration, and deployment of new AI tools and technologies.
 * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing application support.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
 * Stay current on emerging trends in artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, and automation.

What's Available:

 * 1.0 FTE
 * Schedule: Monday-Friday Days typically 8:00am-5:00pm
 * Location: Remote eligible role. This position can be filled for residents of WI, MN, IA. This role will require occasional travel between the La Crosse, WI and Green Bay, WI regions.
