The Lead Enterprise Application Solutions Analyst (SAP S/4HANA Finance) serves as a functional and solution delivery lead for enterprise finance capabilities within the SAP S/4HANA and related financial systems. This role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize integrated business processes that support corporate financial, manufacturing and commercialization operations. The Lead translates complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, drives process efficiency, and ensures reliable, end-to-end system performance across core enterprise operations. * Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions supporting integrated enterprise finance and operational processes. * Provide functional leadership across end-to-end SAP business processes including Record to Report (RTR), Source to Pay (S2P), and Order to Cash (OTC), ensuring cohesive and efficient system capabilities across finance, procurement, and commercial operation * Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, workflow enhancements, and effective use of SAP S/4HANA functionality to improve efficiency, transparency, and data reliability. * Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, managing project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals * Lead solution delivery activities across the lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing coordination, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Support ongoing software upgrades and maintain financial master data integrity, ensuring systems remain current, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs, This hybrid role is located at offices in either Durham, NC OR Silver Spring, MD and requires reporting to the office at least three days a week.
