## About the Role

* 5+ years experience in backend development using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
 * 5+ years experience with the design and implementation of REST APIs.
 * Experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
 * Experience with database management systems including SQL, Postgres, and DB2.
 * Proven experience in leading a development team and coaching individual team members.
 * Possession of a certification or equivalent expertise in Java/J2EE programming.
 * You possess extensive knowledge of Agile development methodologies and can take a lead role within them.
 * You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience with CI/CD automation using Bamboo.
 * Working knowledge of Atlassian Tools such as Jira and Confluence.
 * Familiarity with Helm charts for application deployment.
 * Experience developing applications that incorporate geographic data.
 * Previous professional experience within the public sector.

## Description

* Lead and coach a development team to ensure high-quality software delivery and professional growth.
 * Execute complex programming tasks including coding, testing, and debugging Java-based applications.
 * Implement and integrate REST APIs with a focus on performance and reliability.
 * Take a leading role in Agile development processes and project ceremonies.
 * Manage database interactions and data integrity using SQL, Postgres, and DB2.
