## About the Role

* At least 3 years of experience measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives.
 * Strong knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, marketing funnels and conversion funnels.
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
 * Strong knowledge of Power BI.
 * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr.
 * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience processing complex data.
 * Experience with change management in a complex organisation is highly valued.
 * Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence others.
 * Good knowledge of French and passive knowledge of Dutch, or vice versa.
 * Willingness to work in a 50% on-site / 50% homeworking setup.

## Description

* Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, communications and events and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and marketing strategy.
 * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour and market trends.
 * Identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion and business results.
 * Analyse marketing performance across the marketing funnel and conversion funnel.
 * Work closely with Brand & Corporate Functions and other performance analysts to strengthen a culture of performance and data-driven decision-making.
 * Document and support the use of tools for analysing marketing and communication performance.
 * Train and support users in using available performance analysis and reporting tools.
 * Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, challenge existing approaches and contribute to continuous improvement.
