## About the Role

* Je beschikt over een uitgebreide hands-on ervaring met Microsoft-omgevingen zoals: Active Directory, Exchange Online, Hyper-V, SQL, Windows Server, Office 365, SharePoint.
 * Een grondige netwerkkennis (serverhardware, TCP/IP, routing, VLAN's) is een must.
 * Ervaring met Watchguard en VoIP is een grote plus.
 * Je hebt een grote passie voor IT en een drive om technische vraagstukken tot op het bot uit te spitten.
 * Proactief en planmatig werken is jouw standaard, waarbij efficiënte interne ondersteuning altijd vooropstaat.
 * Het communiceren in Nederlands en Engels is voor jou geen probleem.

## Description

* Oplossen van complexe technische incidenten en prestatieproblemen die de reguliere (tweedelijns)support overstijgen.
 * Uitvoeren van diepgaande root-cause-analyses om tot duurzame, structurele verbeteringen te komen in plaats van snelle tijdelijke oplossingen.
 * Fungeren als het technische aanspreekpunt voor kritieke IT-problemen en hierover helder communiceren naar de betrokken afdelingen.
 * Meedenken over strategische stappen om de interne IT-infrastructuur nog stabieler, veiliger en toekomstgerichter te maken.
 * Creëren van heldere handleidingen en templates om interne kennis te borgen en de efficiëntie van je collega-engineers te verhogen.
