## About the Role

You are a senior commercial intelligence / analytics leader who combines strong analytical thinking with genuine business and commercial acumen.
You are comfortable moving between data, strategy, people and senior stakeholders. You do not need to be the most technical data scientist in the room, but you need enough analytical depth to challenge methodologies, understand the implications of data and lead experts in their field.
Ideally, you bring:

 * 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role in commercial intelligence, analytics, strategy, business intelligence or commercial enablement.
 * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing experts.
 * Strong experience using data and analytics to support business and commercial decisions.
 * Experience translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
 * Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

## Description

You will be responsible for leading a critical team focused on elevating the company's commercial performance. Your primary mission will be to transform raw data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives strategic decisions across the organization., * Lead the department and develop a high-performing team of experts across Business Intelligence, Analytics, Market Intelligence and Commercial Enablement.

 * Turn data and market intelligence into business insights, helping Sales and commercial leaders make better, faster and more informed decisions.
 * Build a trusted view of commercial performance and customer intelligence, ensuring data and insights are consistent, relevant and actionable across the organisation.
 * Strengthen commercial capabilities, by developing practical tools, playbooks, knowledge and enablement programmes for Sales and Account Managers.
 * Partner with senior stakeholders, including Sales leadership and ExCo, and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.
 * Drive innovation and continuous improvement in analytics, BI and commercial intelligence, including the use of predictive analytics and emerging technologies.
