## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
 * Strong experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
 * Experience translating complex analyses into clear business insights and recommendations.
 * Good understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and data visualization best practices.
 * Experience with SQL and familiarity with Python, Spark, or other analytics tools is an asset.
 * Interest in AI-powered analytics, and GenBI-assisted reporting.
 * Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Fluent in Dutch/French and English.
 * A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a passion for helping organizations turn data into meaningful business outcomes.

## Description

* Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
 * Design and build dashboards, reports, and decision-intelligence solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
 * Translate analytical findings into clear, impactful business recommendations.
 * Create engaging data stories tailored to different audiences and stakeholders.
 * Design semantic models and reusable data products that support business reporting and analytics.
 * Leverage GenBI capabilities to enhance analytics, reporting, and storytelling.
 * Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI specialists, and Solution Architects.
 * Contribute to the growth of our Insights & Decision Intelligence capability through innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
