## About the Role

* Experience in end-user support for IT systems and business applications.
 * Good knowledge of ITIL 4 practices and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
 * Strong understanding of business processes, workflow applications, and user support documentation.
 * Knowledge of financial processes in private and/or public sector environments.
 * Ability to analyze business requirements for web applications and web services.
 * Hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS/SQL and SOAP-UI.
 * Knowledge of Activiti BPM is a plus.
 * Familiarity with collaboration and knowledge-sharing tools (wikis, social platforms).
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office automation tools.

SKILLS:

 * Skill in using operating systems, remote support tools, and ticketing systems,
combined with the ability to apply advanced troubleshooting techniques.

 * Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
 * Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
 * Ability to organise regular coordination meetings, follow-up of actions, minutes of
meetings is mandatory.

 * Ability to manage analytical and/or technical issues involving different teams,
suggest viable action list is mandatory

Language knowledge: English B2+

Office: Brussels (Belgium), on site presence is required 1 day per week.

Minimum level of qualification: Masters degree or 7 years of experience.
