## About the Role

* Strong test leadership experience on complex enterprise programmes.
 * Experience with API, microservices, integration and data/report testing.
 * Knowledge of test automation, defect management and CI/CD quality gates.
 * Ability to manage distributed QA teams and multiple delivery workstreams.
 * Strong planning, reporting, stakeholder and risk-management skills.
 * Experience in banking, payments or another regulated industry is preferred.

Typically 10+ years in software testing and quality engineering, including team leadership.

## Description

Lead quality engineering across integration, reporting and reconciliation workstreams. The role will define the test approach, coordinate distributed test teams and provide clear evidence that releases are ready for business validation and deployment., * Define the test strategy, scope, plans, schedules, entry criteria and exit criteria.

 * Coordinate functional, integration, regression, API and non-functional testing.
 * Manage test execution, coverage, defects, risks, dependencies and reporting.
 * Drive automation and integrate quality checks into the CI/CD process.
 * Coordinate SIT and UAT support with business, engineering and operations teams.
 * Prepare quality evidence and recommendations for release and production readiness.
