Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager - SRE & Platform based in Netherlands. This role combines engineering leadership, platform ownership and hands-on reliability work within a fast-growing global SaaS environment. You will lead a team of 6-8 engineers while owning the infrastructure, security and developer tooling that enable teams to ship reliably. The position spans cloud and hybrid infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, incident management, security and developer experience. You will remain technically involved through architecture decisions, infrastructure code reviews and participation in 24/7 on-call operations. You will also shape how the engineering team works by establishing clear standards, self-service workflows and scalable delivery practices. Alongside technical ownership, you will hire, coach and develop engineers while creating an environment of autonomy and accountability. This is a fully remote opportunity for Europe-based candidates, with significant influence over platform strategy and engineering effectiveness.
