## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years as Business/Data Analyst

 * Strong data modeling (conceptual) and analytical skills
 * Experience conducting interviews/workshops
 * Ability to structure and simplify complex information
 * Experience in data-driven environments (MDM is a plus)
 * Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
 * Fluent English (French is a plus).

 * Nice to have

 * Experience with PeopleSoft ERP
 * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)

We're looking for someone who can understand the business deeply and translate it into data-driven solutions across a global environment.

## Description

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with a strong data-driven mindset, able to bridge business and IT and translate requirements into process and data improvements.

You will be part of a 4 month international project focus on multicountry PeopleSoft ERP rollout (France, Belgium, UK, US, Canada, Italy, Spain), ensuring data quality, governance and consistency across regions.

Responsibilities

 * Gather and analyze business & data requirements
 * Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders (business, IT, partners)
 * Drive data governance, quality and integration
 * Document data flows, processes and functional specs
 * Provide insights on risks, data quality and improvements
 * Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
