* Strong experience in Enterprise Data Architecture within complex organisations.
 * Excellent understanding of enterprise data management and governance.
 * Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure architecture.
 * Experience with architecture governance, design assurance and strategic roadmapping.
 * Understanding of modern data platforms, integration, metadata and data products.
 * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
 * Experience working across multiple technical teams, suppliers and business functions.

Experience within a large, regulated or public-sector environment would be advantageous.

## Description

* Provide architecture governance and assurance across major programmes and projects.
 * Develop strategic roadmaps for data platforms, data products and emerging data capabilities.
 * Assess the impact of business and technology change across complex data and application estates.
 * Work closely with enterprise architects, engineering teams, security, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
 * Provide expertise across data governance, integration, metadata, data virtualisation and data products.
 * Support the adoption of modern data technologies across AWS, Azure, on-premise and SaaS environments.
 * Contribute to architecture forums, technical communities and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Mentor architects and technical teams, promoting best practice and innovation.
