## About the Role

You are an experienced IT professional with strong technical knowledge and a practical approach to problem solving. You are confident working independently, communicating with different teams and providing a high level of service.

You will bring:

 * Experience working in IT, ideally within a complex or multinational organisation
 * Strong knowledge of IT environments, networked services and Microsoft Windows
 * Experience supporting hardware, mobile devices and Microsoft Office
 * Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
 * Experience supporting infrastructure or business projects
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
 * A curious, adaptable and team focused approach, with the ability to learn, solve problems and work collaboratively with others
 * A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel frequently
 * An IT-relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience

## Description

You will support the IT infrastructure across our dealerships, depots and offices, helping to resolve issues quickly and keep our systems secure and reliable. You will also support projects, suppliers and colleagues to improve how technology is used across the business.

 * Diagnose and resolve IT faults, minimising downtime and disruption
 * Install, maintain and support IT hardware across our locations
 * Manage IT assets, including inventory, lifecycle management, equipment labelling and disposal
 * Carry out routine maintenance, including system updates, patch management and antivirus activities
 * Work with suppliers on repairs, replacements, upgrades and new implementations
 * Support infrastructure projects, security assessments and group-wide change
 * Advise and coach colleagues on IT systems, applications and solutions
 * Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to IT infrastructure
