Your Skills & Experience * Experience in operational planning, project support, project coordination, supplier coordination or a similar role. * Experience in an operational environment such as airport, travel, hospitality, logistics or similar would be beneficial. * Strong client-facing skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and contractors. * The ability to analyse operational information and produce clear, concise updates or reports. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams. * Familiarity with CDM Regulations 2015 would be an advantage. * Health & Safety accreditation such as NEBOSH National General Certificate and/or IOSH Managing Safely would be beneficial. * Full UK driving licence essential. ## Description We're looking for an organised and proactive Operational Change Coordinator to support the successful delivery of operational change, service improvements and new initiatives across airport parking operations at London Gatwick Airport. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, frontline teams, client departments and contractors to make sure projects land smoothly in a live operational environment.
