You'll likely bring a combination of the following, * Hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, including data extraction, integration or automation projects * Strong SQL and Excel skills * Solid Power BI experience, including reconciling figures when different sources disagree * Hands-on use of a CRM (HubSpot or similar), and of AI tools to speed up analysis and build work * A root-cause mindset: you find the underlying cause rather than reporting the symptom, and you bring a proposed solution with it Nice to Have: * Experience with Databricks * Exposure to billing, revenue assurance or commission processes, ideally in a cloud, SaaS or usage-based business * Some experience with financial modelling or FP&A work * Time spent in a high-growth company where data processes were still being built ## Description NexGen Cloud is moving to a data-driven way of running the business. Right now, revenue, occupancy, billing and pipeline data live across data warehouses, business systems and APIs, and the numbers don't always agree. We're building out our Strategic Finance team so that leadership, sales and operations can rely on one set of figures and act on them daily. This role suits someone who enjoys the technical craft of data and wants to learn the commercial side of the AI compute market. We'll teach you that context. When a number looks wrong, you'll dig until you find why, and you'll come back with a fix as well as the problem.
