## About the Role

Do you have experience in SaaS?, Do you have a Master's degree?, We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and proactive - someone who enjoys both leading operations and improving them through automation.
Requirements:

 * Prior experience in an IT operations leadership or senior role
 * Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and a SaaS environment
 * Strong skills in no-code automation tools (Jira automation, Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
 * Experience leading or running a help desk function
 * Comfortable troubleshooting identity, authentication, and connectivity issues
 * Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
 * Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus, * A strong people manager who can lead a team and set clear processes
 * Organized, reliable, and consistently on time with commitments
 * Process-oriented - you spot repetitive work and automate it
 * Service-minded - you care about employee experience
 * Clear communicator who works well across teams

## Description

We're looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and scale our IT function. This is a management role responsible for running the help desk team, owning core IT processes, and driving automation across the business.
