## Description

We are seeking a organised and detail oriented Design Administrator to join our team based in Bamber Bridge, Preston. You will be responsible for the general administrative and document control duties, ensuring accurate data management and smooth operational processes. Assisting in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals in line with project and client requirements. This position will involve close collaboration and supporting our in house design team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and have worked in a busy and thriving environment.

What you'll do

 * Provide administrative and coordination support to the Design Team
 * Act as an Information Manager, attending relevant meetings and sharing updates with the team
 * Support access requests and assist with the ProjectWise document management system
 * Compile, review and format O&M manuals, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and submitted on time
 * Liaise with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to gather drawings, datasheets, certificates, warranties and other required documentation
 * Maintain document control, version control and project records in line with company and client requirements
 * Maintain trackers, logs and reports, supporting data analysis where required
 * Contribute to improving team processes, systems and ways of working
