## Description

Project & Continuous Improvement Support implementation of new technologies and business systems. Participate in infrastructure, cyber security, networking, and digital transformation projects. Identify opportunities to improve service levels and user satisfaction. Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience activities. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in an IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or Network Analyst role. Experience supporting a multi-site organisation. Experience working with a centralised or remote infrastructure/network team. Strong understanding of Microsoft and VMware technologies and end-user computing. Experience supporting networking infrastructure and troubleshooting connectivity issues., Proven track record of delivering excellent
