* Real enthusiasm for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including what it can and cannot do out of the box
 * Solid Dynamics 365 SDK and tooling knowledge, plus .NET and Dataverse Web API experience
 * Hands-on CI/CD experience, ideally with Azure DevOps
 * A good grasp of the wider Microsoft stack
 * Recent exams or certifications that show we keep our knowledge current
 * An interest in Azure development and integration, including Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, and Service Bus
