## Description

A well-established organisation in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Repairs Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working within a repairs, housing maintenance, property services or facilities environment who can hit the ground running.
Your New Role
As a Repairs Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the repairs and maintenance function, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and customer enquiries are managed effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:

 * Managing and scheduling repair and maintenance appointments.
 * Raising and updating repair orders on internal systems.
 * Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal teams regarding repairs progress.
 * Monitoring outstanding repairs and ensuring updates are recorded accurately.
 * Handling incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
 * Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
 * Providing general administrative support to the repairs team.
