* Analyse der Systemumgebung des Kunden und Installation der CRM-Komponenten.
 * Spezifikation, Beratung und Realisierung von kundenindividuellen, systemübergreifenden Prozessen (BPM).
 * Customizing der CURSOR-Anwendungen, u.a. Maskendesign, Workflows/Prozesse und Abfragen.
 * Entwicklung kundenindividueller Prozess- und Maskenlogiken über (Java-)Scripting.
 * Spezifikation und Realisierung von Dokumentenvorlagen (Word, Excel) und Auswertungen/Reports.
 * Durchführung von Schulungen im technischen/administrativen Bereich (Anwendungsadministration, Vorlagen etc.).
