* Du übernimmst den IT-Support bei Software- und Hardwareanfragen und Störungen (vor Ort, per Fernwartung und per Telefon)
 * Du führst die Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Endgeräten wie z.B. Laptops, PCs, Tablets und Handys durch
 * Du betreust und verwaltest die hauseigenen, sowie die IT-Systeme des VW Konzerns
 * Du unterstützt dein Team bei vielfältigen organisatorischen Aufgaben und gewährleistest so einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Unternehmen
 * Du löst Deine Aufgaben mithilfe moderner Bürokommunikationstechniken sowie branchenspezifischen Computeranwendungen
