## About the Role

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung

 - Gute IT- und Hardwarekenntnisse, Allrounder im Workplace-Umfeld (insb. HP, Lenovo, Drucker)
 - Kenntnisse in Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad)
 - Kenntnisse Windows 10 / Windows 11
 - Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse
 - Erfahrung im Großkunden-/Enterprise-Umfeld und im Arbeiten mit Incident-Ticketsystemen (ITSM), idealerweise ServiceNow
 - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
 - Körperlich belastbar: in der Lage, mehr als 5 kg zu tragen
 - Führerschein Klasse B, Schaltwagen erforderlich

## Description

Anwender-Support vor Ort sowie remote bei Fragen und Störungen rund um iPhone/iPad, Mobile Devices, Scanner und IT-Workplace-Hardware

 - Durchführung von IMAC-D- und Break--Fix-Tätigkeiten im Workplace- sowie Factory/Shopfloor-Umfeld
 - Installation/Betankung, Rollout, Lieferung und Aufbau von PCs/Notebooks, Monitoren, Druckern und Kleinperipherie
 - Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation im ITSM-Tool (idealerweise ServiceNow), Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 - Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
 - Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
 - Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm
 - Langfristige Kundeneinsätze
 - Hohe Übernahmequote beim Kunden
