 * Praxis oder gutes Grundverständnis in mindestens einem technischen Schwerpunkt - idealerweise Rechenzentrum, Housing/Hosting; alternativ Netzwerk, Voice/VoIP, Firewall/DMZ oder Providerleistungen,
 * Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen oder ITSM-Tools, z. B. Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Matrix42, OTRS oder vergleichbar,
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern oder Providern,
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentation, Excel, Reporting oder Serviceunterlagen,
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
 * Sorgfältige, eigenständige und belastbare Arbeitsweise.
