## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Clients mithilfe von Matrix und/oder Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
 * Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support.
 * Pflege, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation des Asset Managements.
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client- und Arbeitsplatzumfeld.
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen sowie Mitarbeit an der Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse.
