In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest du zentrale globale HR-Plattformen, treibst die digitale Transformation voran und führst internationale Teams bei der Weiterentwicklung einer modernen, sicheren und harmonisierten HR-Systemlandschaft., Übernehme die strategische und operative Verantwortung für zentrale HR-IT-Lösungen und gestalte die globale HR-Systemlandschaft der Lufthansa Group aktiv mit., * Verantwortung für Betrieb, Sicherheit und Weiterentwicklung der globalen HR-Core-Plattformen (SAP SuccessFactors & ServiceNow HRSD)

 * Beratung von HR-Stakeholdern und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in nachhaltige IT-Lösungen
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Service- und Betriebsmanagements entlang definierter SLA- und Governance-Vorgaben
 * Weiterentwicklung der HR-IT-Architektur inklusive Integrationen, Schnittstellen und Datenflüssen
 * Mitgestaltung der HR-IT-Strategie sowie Integration neuer Konzerngesellschaften in die globale Plattformlandschaft
