## Description

* Sie verantworten den zuverlässigen Hardware-Betrieb des Clusters über den gesamten Lebenszyklus von der Planung bis zum Austausch.
 * Sie bauen Rechenknoten aus, Einzelkomponenten auf oder rüsten bestehende Systeme mit neuen GPUs auf.
 * Sie sorgen für die maximale Simulationsleistung pro investiertem Euro.
 * Sie evaluieren neue Hardware mit Benchmarks und leiten belastbare Beschaffungsentscheidungen ab.
 * Sie analysieren Hardwarefehler systematisch und tauschen defekte Komponenten selbst aus.
 * Sie halten Kontakt zu Lieferanten und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit Haustechnik, GWDG und externen Dienstleistern.
 * Sie prüfen nach DGUV die elektrische Sicherheit der Clusterhardware und der ortsveränderlichen Geräte.
