* Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der bestehenden SAP-Systeme und -Landschaften
 * Implementierung, Konfiguration und Administration von SAP-Systemlandschaften (z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver) inkl. Upgrades und Performance-Analysen
 * Durchführung von 2nd/3rd Level Support sowie Incident- und Problemmanagement
 * Konzeption, Design und Beratung rund um den effizienten Einsatz moderner SAP-Technologien
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern
 * Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften
