 * Breiter Werkzeugkasten statt einem Spezialgebiet: C# .NET, Python, Automatisierungs- und Integrationswerkzeuge, KI-APIs - du wählst pragmatisch, was passt
 * Erfahrung darin, Anforderungen direkt mit Fachbereichen zu erarbeiten - z. B. aus Beratung, Solution Engineering, Requirements Engineering oder vergleichbaren Rollen
 * Gute Übersicht über aktuelle Trends, verfügbare Off-the-shelf-Lösungen und neue Entwicklungen im KI-Umfeld - du weißt, wann man baut und wann man kauft
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - Teamsprache ist Deutsch, im Austausch mit Kollegen an unseren internationalen Standorten brauchst du auch im Englischen volle Sicherheit
 * Überwiegende Arbeit im Homeoffice, regelmäßige Präsenz in unserem HQ in Landau (ca. 10-20 % der Arbeitszeit)
