 * Du kommunizierst sicher mit technischen und nicht-technischen Gesprächspartner:innen, sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, sehr gutes Englisch und bist reisebereit.

* Du entwickelst anspruchsvolle Full-Stack-Lösungen - vom Backend-Service über APIs bis zum Frontend.
 * Du übernimmst technische Verantwortung für Architektur, Code-Qualität, Reviews und tragfähige Projektentscheidungen.
 * Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Konzepte und berätst Kund:innen klar, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Developern, Data Engineers, Consultants und Fachbereichen zusammen und verbindest konzeptionelle Arbeit mit konzentrierten Coding-Sessions.
 * Du gibst Dein Wissen im Team, im Pairing und beim Kunden weiter - auch zu neuen Themen wie Agentic Engineering.
 * Du wächst perspektivisch in eine Lead-Rolle hinein und sammelst Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen Branchen und Unternehmensgrößen der DACH-Region.
