 * Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk und gängiger Protokolle wie IP, SFTP, SMB, etc., sowie Netzarchitekturen vLAN, LAN, WAN, usw.
 * Kenntnisse in der Datenbank Administration, sowie im Skripting, oder Programmierung (Powershell, .net, Batch - Shell, sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Information Security, Systemhärtungen, BSI-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, usw.) sind von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung

* Mitarbeit im Projektgeschäft (Cloud und RZ Betrieb)
 * Bereitstellung virtueller Windows/Linux Server (VmWare) im eigenen Rechenzentrum
 * Annahme und Bearbeitung von Incidents, Changes im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
 * Fachkundige Beratung und Betreuung der internen und externen Kunden
 * Bereitstellung von Lösungsansätzen und Koordination interner / externer Vorgänge
 * Installation / Konfiguration und Wartung gängiger Software im Windows Umfeld
 * Wartung von Hard- und Software
