## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieur-, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
 * Du bringst (erste) Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von AI-, Daten-, IT- oder Governance Themen mit, idealerweise in regulierten oder komplexen Organisationsumfeldern.
 * Du verstehst regulatorische Anforderungen und Standards (z. B. EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) und kannst diese sicher in technische, organisatorische und operative Maßnahmen übersetzen.
 * Du hast ein gutes Verständnis moderner KI-Architekturen und Betriebsmodelle, insbesondere im Kontext von Agentic AI, Multi-Agenten-Systemen oder vergleichbaren Ansätzen.
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und pragmatisch und fühlst Dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, IT, Risk und Operations wohl.
 * Erste Berührungspunkte mit internationalen Best-Practice-Rahmenwerken zur Governance von Agentic AI (z. B. Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI) sind ein Plus.
 * Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch sowie fließend Englisch und hast Lust auf Reisen zum Kunden.

## Description

* Als Teil unseres AI Governance Teams berätst Du unserer Kunden bei der Einführung von Agentic-AI- und Multi Agenten-Lösungen, und arbeitest eng mit den Fach- und IT-Bereichen zusammen.
 * Du analysierst regulatorische Anforderungen und Standards/Frameworks (z. B. EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF) und übersetzt sie in konkrete technische, organisatorische und prozessuale Anforderungen.
 * Du konzipierst und implementierst Governance Maßnahmen für Agentic AI und Multi-Agenten-Setups (z. B. Verantwortlichkeiten, Human Oversight, technische Guardsrails, Logging Ansätze und Freigabe-/Eskalationsmechanismen).
 * Du unterstützt bei der organisatorischen Verankerung von (Multi-)Agenten-Plattformen und der Integration in bestehende IT-, Risk- und Governance-Strukturen.
 * Du überführst Best Practices aus internationalen Referenzrahmen (z.B. Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI) in technische Kontroll- und Betriebsprozesse (z. B. Monitoring/Logging, Incident- und Change-Mechanismen).
 * Du bringst Dich aktiv in Kundenprojekte, interne Initiativen und den Ausbau unseres Beratungsportfolios im Bereich AI Governance, Agentic AI und Operating Model ein.
